I believe, Tullow is using the term "up-dip" to indicate there are similar sized Liza prospects in the shallow waters and also located at shallower depths. A similar play concept targeting cretacous aged sands / carbonates.
There are some different uses of the term across the industry - "up-dip, "down-dp", etc... But, you can see what they are trying to get across to their investor base.
