RE:RE:RE:Its a hustle
I agree De Abla is looking for a big payday. Whether its JV or financing it will dilute FEC's share of the play. So it will depend on the best deal. A financing if possible, is simpler and easier for shareholders to understand. Either way I also agree that there will probably be an anouncement this week so they don't have much time to manipulate the stock price. Often with these financings, they have the stock overshoot the offering price so if it were financed at $3 the stock may be pushed to $3.50 - $ 4.00 before the anouncement.

I also agree that if this is the path they choose they have already decided on a price (hopefully not the 20 day average).

The FEC management is very well connected in Central and South America; but have a bit of a checked past and I don't fully trust them.

I forgot to mention I think there is some consideration for "Its a hustle"; because of the usual price appreciation with no annoucement. Hopefully this isn't management dumping shares (given the circumstances not very likely). Presently I consider this an interesting trade; but it could become more of an investment with a discovery.

Either way it's nice to be sitting in a profit position with this stock which most other investors should be as well and able to sell for a profit when they choose to.
