The shorts are here ..lol it's becoming clearer that Maersk Discoverer has experienced some sort of action similar to Maka Central and delays resulted and the fact that so much time is being taken with rig work and with hardly any attention to propping up share price with words ..I would really like to know what causing the drift of rig ..on pore pressure and permeability..many factors at play many variables ..this play type is fairly new ..subtle differences to the basin floor fans .. behavior of the HCs in a proximal fan setting can vary vastly in terms of accumulation ,type etc when compared to a floor fan ..of course there are general rules but each geologic setting is different ..e.g west of Corentyne compared to East of Corentyne River plus the flow of sediments, lacustrine settings etc all impact on the quality of a reservoir...clay in the mix in between pore space vs just compacted sandstone are all possibilities..but as I said AVO kind of brings a degree of clarity so u know what to expect to the extent that some responses are classified as Direct Hydrocarbon Indicators(DHIs)..so far there is nothing untoward from the company ..except maybe an operation update at Nov 22 would have been great and no CFO sale ..so far the project is seemingly just a bit over schedule which to me is a good sign ..AnMar and WhyWorry I'm arranging barrels with holes for you guys ..No More Cold Decembers..how hydrocarbons fill pore spaces basically determined by the nature of sediments( material,size,grading) and the pressure within the formation ...all of that would have had to be modeled before the rig even spud as any variance is encountered adjustments have to be made or modification depending on the significance of the variance relative to what was modeled..this would translate to delays,cost over runs, additional physical risks .. Management would have to stay true to best practice ..risk analysis would point the way forward with all the decision boxes ..but the underlying factor is maximization of Shareholder's wealth ..taking opportunity (calculated risks) or reducing costs.. quitting while ahead..what I'm seeing is that CGX is going on to TD so therefore in spite of some form of setback the risk/reward proposition that gives value to this highly speculative investment is still preserved or has swung more towards reward as information/results are acquired...so much for darts,monkeys,engineers,pore pressure,spheres ..nuts.. everything bisnin motion.. everything is change .. everything is energy,vibration and frequency..understand 3-6-9 ..
