Just because they announced it does not mean that they started demob. already. Maybe they reached TD, know that they only need a few more days to test and then demob begins. Since this info is out there I suspect a halt is coming tomorrow since some markets are open and others are closed. I have no idea which way this goes, but there is nothing we can do now but wait.
