Stupid or corruptThese baffines states. Everything was contingent on $100 Brent....they could have locked in hedges when the price was 120 ......instead they waist money buy in shares @ $12.   When anyone could buy them on the open market for $10 ...lol either they are smoking that Columbia weed or they are stupid stupid stupid
