Not sure if they might be for sale ...but our lead negotiator Mr.DeAlba is a managing director but more importantly a partner in Catalyst Capital....So he would have much to say regarding any sale....

He has 1,500,000 shares (alsong with some others with high grants) at .70 ... so he'd be personally vested to maximize the price if ihe were to sell. Example of $2.70 a share vs. $10.70 a share would be $8 x 1,500,000 = $12,000,000 more.
