Christmas

Questions

Someone here said it is unlikely that an exploration well would be used for production.
I'm curious if it our well could be used to produce?
In general terms, what is the difference between an exploration well and a production well?

If confirmed, would the installation of a christmas tree tell us anything?

Are you confirming that there is a Christmas tree affixed to the wellhead?

"Are you confirming that there is a Christmas tree affixed to the wellhead?" No. I'm sitting in a snow drift thinking about christmas trees and wondering if the installation of a christmas tree means anything at all in the context of an exploration well.
