Jtdd, I have been discussing CGX. What biological processes do wine making and oil making have in common? When the wine shiraz was first mentioned I went to find out. What conditions are necessary to make oil or to turn grape juice into wine and not vinegar or stinky putrid sulfur dioxide producing rot that eventually turns into hydrogen sulfide (sour) gas? It all led me to Yallup and Scotchman
