OYL's days are numbered. Key managers and insiders owned minimal stake, but have cut themselves out  "Golden Parachutes" for huge payouts in the event of a takeover by Frontera.
Expect little takeover premium to market price. Could even be a "takeunder".

Very unhappy life clearly to try to spread non stop bullshat and attempt to convince people to sell low when we ALL know that nothing has changed other than the rig is delayed (out of our control). He needs to get a life!
