Where do we stand?

I found this on Oilnow. Look at the length of wells which make up Exxon's 11 billion barrels of oil. If we can get even to 200 feet we would be in the top half of offshore wells. Even with just 200 feet. And we already have 71 feet confirmed.

Furthermore, they stated explicitly that Santonian findings were consistent with pre drill expectations. That means if Santonian was not good, then they would have had to announce it by now. So the question is not IF Santonian is good but HOW GOOD is Santonian?

SOrry, image from OilNow will not post. I will try on ST. Anyhow, there are 34 finds by Exxon offshore Guyana and less than half are over 200 feet.

The average of Exxons finds are aproximately 200ft. If we come in above 200 ft then we are above average. This is great for CGX/Frontera. LIght oil a huge bonus. I've heard from sources light oil in ground range from $10 - $15 US 71 feet proven aready not including the Santonian. The company stated The Geology is consistent with predrill expectations. I agree Soul, I think anything over 200 when you factor in Kawa also should get this ship a sailing!  Very curious to hear thicknesses, API, zones, and what they've leard that can be applied to central channel etc. Really thought we would see a PR this morning but maybe they needed to ship in a bigger calculator to figure out how much pay we've got here :-) GLTA...I believe we ...more
