First off I think Cgx will have very little to say in any negotiations...Fec has all the monies invested and they will be running the show..Not a whole of difference  between the two but Fec is much more financially stable...Regardless if the lab results are good Someone will step up to the plate..Hopefully 2 or more Suitors...Fec has app $300or more million in cgx shares which they are Not selling on the open market...so they definitely want as much as possible for those  shares...I find it hard to believe  that Fec is not in talks with one or more of the majors...I personally  think they are and will likely come out with some sort of announcement when lab results are made public...Last two trades only 200 shares brought us down from 1.17 to 1.13....So I'm thinking tomorrow  should be a positive day...GLTA

No major is penning a deal until they have had access to those lab results for weeks.  If CGX & Frontera are sitting on the data they need to immediately make it available to potential parters through the data room.  They are waisting time off they don't allow suitors to run their analysis in parallel. Any grand announcement of lab results is simply a market signal to come have

If the rumors are true, CGX/Frontera has been offered a deal in the past but turned it down.  question becomes... why did that offer fail? Is it because it was a fair (albeit likely low) offer? Or was it because De Alba/Catalyst Captial didn't get the offer they wanted to help clean up their books from other bad deals that have made over the past decade?  I really hope at this

Christine, question: can't remember who eluded to the data room being partially open, Perhaps it was someone's account of the AGM, but by partially would it not mean LWD drilling, etc and analysis to date? If so, gives them a broad idea, and specifics delivered upon receipt of lb results. I'm trying to interpret "partially open". FEC has been for sale since April, there's

I was told it never really closed after Kawa but the comments that were posted here from the AGM make me question whether or not all Wei information has been shared.  My point is that all raw data needs to be shared ASAP so that all parties can evaluate in parallel.  The clock is ticking on this lease...don't waste time in sharing data...it's not like raw data is going to change.
