Re new salaries
Drilling team have nothing to do with share price...As Frank has said many times..the share price is being manipulated and held in this lower range...Why??? I have multiple theories...But keep in mind All of us including all option holders,including Suresh, DeAlba ,minority shareholders and especially Fronterra (Catalyst) have Quite a bit riding on Cgx share price appreciation....Hopefully results will make that happen

So being over budget on two wells, and thus having to give up more working interest to cover past costs, has absolutely nothing to do with the drillig team? Seems like this has had a profound impact on share price over the past couple years.
