Thanks for the recorded conference call. They still seem to be positive.  my question to you is are you adding or holding at this point.  Awhile back we felt that the port was worth about 1.00 share. With no money I'm not sure how they finish it. what do you feel is the share value today taking into account the Port and the value of the block if they had to sell off.
