Looks like but also another dilution and 5:1 reverse split on the horizon.

There is new content in this presentation but the info on New Hope has not changed.  Im not sure if anything will materialize from that JV..I'm kinda loosing hope on New Hope :/ Petro was a reverse split mentioned in this presentation?

Looks like they leave the option for reverse split open at the end of the presentation.

Every company has the option to do a reverse split at any time they want to.  I really can't see why ITT would do such a thing.  In my opinion, it would hurt them more than benefit them.
