They paid the assets in cash and by issues of shares at 1.25-1.00$ to blow out there own market cap.It looks like that in the last few months this privat colobian companys pushed the shareprice down. Therefore the Company has decided to buy back the "own" Shares at 0,60-0,40$.Good move by management to issue shares at 1.25$ and buyback at 0,40$? Some Investors dancing a limbo...believe me guys!
