Partners, at this point does not have a major
player with a vested interest at the helm. This is not something that can be sustained, we need a major player at the helm. So we are somewhat like orphan REIT at this point. Will we picked up by another REIT player, the answer is yes. The management of Orange Capital have a lot information about PAR, and I would guess that they may get involve or perhaps broker the deal to someone else. Failing that the Trustees will pursue the same objective with someone else. My guess today would be, (5.50-5.75). If this type of deal is done, McCowan would loose a lot of money, I do not know if he is able to do something to stop the sale other than buying all the assets himself, and then perhaps spinning them off to get some cash back. I would like to hear from others, what do you think about an asset sale or a merger with another REIT.
