The Company is not in any material litigation with anyone. There is a class action law suit in the works, with all the investors against Ron McCowan. This does not affect the Company in any way. I have followed many stocks, but this one is an enigma. The stock keeps going down and Moray keeps buying, there are other big buyers that we have not identified yet. Maybe we will get on track once the financials are released.
