Someone here keeps running these units down and
down, you have to wonder where he is coming from. He talks about a 6% cap rate being inappropriate, what he fails to understand is that this "cap rate" in the literature is an average cap rate. What that means is that on a weighted average basis, some cap rates on properties are below six percent and in others they over 6%. Enough of this character that has been plaguing this board for ever. It is my opinion that the stock is oversold, even with these low volumes. Fundamentally, wen have lost a significant number of retail investors, over some of the trouble that has brewed here in the past. However, we are over that now, and I think when we see the new audited statements investors will come back on board. My opinion only do your DD.
