The Company is trying to improve the Capitalization in
favour of equity over debt. This should not be criticized, but should be applauded. Does this mean that the 3.10 becomes the floor, I do not think so. The rights will be listed on the TSE, and sell much like warrants. From what I can see the .25/annum distribution rate will still stay the same. At this point we do not know how the balance of the monies will be raised, I would assume mortgage refinancing. Once this total transaction is completed, the value of the units will increase, because of the lower leverage ratio. All is good.
