if you believe this highly motivated basher you will always loose. he has no idea, of what he talking about. Now that same store revenue has increased, he is still not satisfied. YieldMugger does not give 5 ce4nts for your prospering in your investment pattern. We have 2 guys owning 39.8%% of this investment, adding to their current position at these low prices. They are in it to make money that's why they are buying at these low prices, with a much smaller segment of retail investors, the price is still real stubborn. On a total portfolio sale we are looking at 5.50++ believe it. YieldWantstoGetIntoyourWallet, has no idea about selling real estate.
