PBM will be a play for 2021,  not 2020.
so, no hurry.

I think you are right.   David Brett mentioned that they were trying to get financing done this season, but it's already mid-August and I assume winter conditions aren't favorable to drilling.  Covid 19 distruptions might also be a negative factor this year in getting a drill crew.
