America is becoming the world's swing producer of oil and this will keep WTI oil around $50.<br /> <br /> The last thing he said was that this would put a lid on any new investment in the oilsands. Quebec's oil resources are cheaper to develop than the oilsands and should be very attractive to the majors if Quebec can demonstrate its viability.
