The location fits in with Platinum's base, so lots of savings to be had and one competitor less. The price is about half what was paid on the original acquisitions. This adds about 15% to Platinum. With MyCanopy (size not clear on that one), this could add up to 20%, all within or beside current coverage areas. This adds up to what are probably a couple of pretty good acquisitions.
