Took a Second Look
I noticed in the financials they just relaesed that they were unable to add any net new customers in a year. Will hold off for now untill I see how these aquisitions play on the bottom line.

That was apparently a mistake in not updating the MD&A properly. The description of the company in the press release for Q1 shows 8,600 customers, while the MD&A shows no change from last year at 8,300. Once the 2 acquisitions are added, the total should be well over 10,000.

PCS just announced the closing of the MyCanopy deal, which is the smaller of the two. The company description now shows 9,000 customers, up from 8.600 previously. PCS should go over 10,000 with the closing of the second deal. There should be more opportunities in the pipeline over the next few months.

You're right. They are the same and are consistent. Can't even figure out where I got the 8300 number. Anyway, >10,000 once the new acquisition is done.
