This may be a stupid question, but that's not unusual for me.  Is PCS in the same "space" / competing with Axia NetMedia in Alberta?

I looked at Axia some time ago.  As I recall, Axia provides the basic infrastructure (fibre optic cable, network services, etc.) to local internet service providers like Platinum so that they, in turn, can sell local internet access to retail and commercial customers. This model is different than say the Bell network in Ontario, where Bell provides both the infrastructure and sells internet
