The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

I think this is a great hedge if economy turns better. Company is doing everything right just hired Mongolian Company to handle sales, they have $40 m in cash  Coal prices are at a high  Flooding in Aussieland might keep coal prices  high(er)
