RE: questionKeys1 - What you rmissing is that 1.2 billion of PCY's coal is at Changdana. If the power plant idea does not go through then the coal there will go nowhere for a long time as the transportation costs would not make it economic. So, if you believe John has what it takes to make the power plant a reality (like most here do) then there will be quite a lot of money to be made on this stock. At this point, I think most would agree that the cards are stacked in PCY favour, but it is still a gamble and that is why the market is not giving that coal much value
