Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Good find Knows... I found the same thing a few days ago. My initial reaction was the same but on closer inspection;

OnSedi, PCY initially reported 22.5 million + 4,417,642 = 26,917,642 NKLshares. The 4,417,642 NKL shares are actually held for option/warrantholders. As option/warrant holders exercise their options/warrants,they also get some of these 4,417,642 NKL reserved shares which are heldfor them. In other words, the "-337,026" you see is NOT PCY sellingNKL shares. It is simply PCY option/warrant holders exercising theiroptions/warrants and the NKL reserved shares are being released to them.

PCY currently has no plans to sell its NKL shares.
