Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

Frankly, looks to be mostly retail selling with the sharks jump starting it. Had a few for sale and yanked my order. Don't need the money just wanted to spend a little more for Xmas...maybe I gift some coal stocks instead.
