Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE: PCY Chandgana estimates $364.7-million NPV

Capital Cost and Structure

Capital cost is projected to be $744-million (U.S.) for the 150 MW by four project, or $1,240 (U.S.) per kilowatt. This includes the power plant, overhead transmission lines, and administrative costs. It does not include mine development cost. A mine costing study was conducted and completed by Leighton Asia.

The target capital structure is 30 per cent equity, and 70 per cent debt with a 10 per cent annual interest rate and 10-year pay back. It is envisioned that financing will take place at the project level (that is via Prophecy's wholly owned East Energy Development, which holds the construction license)

Coal Price and Electricity Tariff

So they are going to borrow 70% of 744m      $520 million at 10% interest  so thats $52 m annually in interest costs before  paydown of principal...???

soccer......................isn't 10% high for a govt backed project?
