RE: Its the market We have the preliminary items set up,and all we need is the Power Purchase Ageement and the final tenders from the EPC's agreeing with iits terms.
The EPC is done contingent on completion of the Power Purchase Agreement.
This is a win-win situation for everyone involved. Mongolia needs the power to progress. It will give jobs to Mongolians, it will reduce pollution. It will add to government revenues. It will allow industries to grow. There will be spin off jobs. It will replace more expensive electricity that is being imported. It will introduce new power generation technology into the country. It will give Mongolia more economic independence.
