Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:RE:Re: Skeltons

RE:RE:Re: SkeltonsThe $525,000 was paid on Nov 6, 2012 but the Board of Directors accepted, ratified and approved termination of the Mau Agreement and payment on Jan 24, 2013???  You mean the $525,000 was initially improperly paid?

"The CGCC is conducting a search for a new permanent CEO for the Company."

Who is CGCC?  I wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't much effort put toward finding a new CEO.

"New Mau Agreement so that it may be terminated by either party providing the other party with at least 90 days written notice to that affect."

So that's at least another 90 days written notice at $35,000 per month.
