RE:Bought Deal Information, Worth reading-not sure that this article helps at all, as it refers to the risks born by the dealers in selling stock to clients (you, me and institutional crowd). If they can’t find demand, they own the risk and sell in the open market. In this case 3.50 and sell for less. They make tons of money on fees from Abcann so this the price they pay, so to speak.
-if anyone can give an example of a dealer like Canaccord who did a bought deal with a client and then wiggled out by way of repricing without misrepresentation by the issuer (Maricann), I’m all ears...it doesn’t happen.
