Thanks for the info.  I am not sure that this changes much at this juncture as he still has to declare any sales or purchases as an insider so they will still be on everyone's radar.   I suspect you are correct in that he (and others) will probably continue to sell on any uptick of the price.  Actually, they probably don't even need an uptick as they have already sold into the market at these levels in the past.  One thing for sure, none of us (Longs that is) are making any money on this one...the shorts and insiders - well that's another story.
