The added dilution was for $6.6m as part of the deal to pay down the convertible debentures in September....this was in the news release. On the other point you make, VIVO is terribly represented in the capital markets and would greatly benefit from cutting ties with National Capital who are currently in the role. Insourcing this role with a well seasoned, connected and tenacious individual is what is needed. You only need to look at what happened in the last effort to go to market for an equity raise to see that it is gross negligence on the part of Fishman et al to keep the status quo.
