A company would pay a double premium and buy only 10% of PDH shares ?? . Yes shares were at 1.5 cents yesterday before news so hummm ??. Now read up and you will see that PDH does aquisitions so IMO the money they get from this NR will be to Aquire another company and why the NR buying ten % . Theres a much bigger picture here we dont yet. All good we in cheap to see what developes. From The Company Subject so yup humm . Whats going to happen to the other 90% and at what premium ?? .
