Luigi; I am a bit confused on why and on what news did this stock spiked from .73 cents to $2.63 in such a short time, was it some by gullible investors on some rumors.

It's month end margin accounts must be balanced and cleared, perhaps you will have to wait until next month for the stock to move to new high, only if in fact they have something other than just a nice story we next door property.
