What's causing the run up?

Hi,
Been watching for a while. Any news that's causing the run up? Is PE just catching up to the rest of the lithium run ups?

One thing I did notice is that Albemarle was required to submit evidence for a hearing of proof of benefitial use of their water rights. This was due on March 8th. PE stock started rising then. Is is possible they didn't submit proof, or that it was so weak that they will likely lose their water rights?

That would be great for PE as it would then have a lot of water rights up for grabs.
