Land Valuation Reviewing my notes from August. PEC president gave a presentation in Denver during which he noted the value of Porto's 1.9 million acre land package. Without accounting for proven reserves, the fair value to a major oil and gas company could be between $45 and $65 per acre. Even at $45 per acre this translates to $0.42 per share. I believe there is still a lot of value to be reflected by the market even before positive results. GLTA WF
