Porto still has the results of the Jurassic Lias Resource Play to release.  The release is scheduled for sometime in the new year.  The area explored has a history of oil seepage and bitumen production therefore there is oil there just how much they have to determine.  Porto also has several more prospects for pre-salt drilling that could still prove to be very profitable.  Remember they still have good experienced management, a huge amount of concessions, a partner with deep pockets, and a motivated stable national government in Portugal.  That's alot of pluses.  Now if they can just find and produce the oil and gas the company will be very successful.
