CHARLES ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING ON THE GO- BUT-where do they ever go. He keeps bouncing from one project to another instead of getting one major project off the ground. Stock just can't break 10 cents as it did the same thing last month. It jumped to .085 cents then fell back to the 5 cent range. Will it do the same or will Charles pull another name change as that would be the 4th to keep new investors thinking they have a winner. Hoping it breaks 10 cents tomorrow, but I doubt it.
