I don't think it will hit 5 cents and if it does there won't be much available. Would take a year to get filled any amount at that price.

Good luck waiting maybe you get a little but more likely you are left on the sidelines, beating yourself up over not buying when you had the chance, although not much for sale even at this bargain basement price.
