Frankly, someone who didn't pay any attention to Mac's actions whilst sitting on the same board and filing financials is not going to shock me by not keeping his word. It's kind of what these guys do. They will see no benefit by telling the truth, doing things on time, or any of the other things that actual businessmen do on a regular basis. They only do what they have to do, and usually far after they were required to do it. This isn't the first time they've been suspended from trading.
