RE:RE:RE:RE:Share Consolidation

RE:RE:RE:RE:Share ConsolidationAustrochris, agree with you.
it seems the market has calmed down when some shareholders are hit and run away by the proposed share consolidation this morning. I thought DRV might have been hit more than what we have seen so far but it din't. The share price still remain at 0.02, which is strong sign for DRV. The shareholders seem confident on DRV's strong fundamentals such as: large cash position, significant exploration portfolio and the tolling plant that is close to be completed and will generate large cash flow.

The General Annual Meeting will hold in April 2016 after the tolling plant is completed. At that time, our shareholders will have better understanding about what DRV should do regarding to the share consolidation. If the share consolidation gets approved by the our shareholders (which I really doubt), it should be really better for us, and of course, it won't hit the real value of the share at all. If the share consolidation is bad for our shareholders, it will not get approved by the shareholders' voting at the meeting for sure.

I think we should see both sides :
The management is trying to make the split , just because new and bigger investors who want to buy shares have a big spread ( between buy and sell )
You lose 25 or 50 % if you need money and you must sell this stock !
On the other side a split is making many shareholders nervous . And i understand this because
i m also a shareholder .
The last years many stocks did make a split . But a split in bear market is tricky .
I think we are at a beginning of a big big bull market .
The strategy of drv is very good with the processing plants to make cash without having an own resource . The goverment as partner is in peru very important .
I m holding my shares and would buy more if there is any dilution ( but i think its not neccesary
because DRV has a healthy cash position and will make cash this year .)
