Nice Bump
Looks like something might be happening. Tartisan has not reported a purchase since Oct 19. It almost seems like something is being worked on behind the scenes. I have a question for those a bit more knowledgeable than me. Can a company continue to make stock purchases of a company they are in the process of negotiating a deal or take-over? Just a bit curious because Tartisan had weekly big purchases then all of a sudden, PER stock purchases stopped since October 15 or at least they have not been reported yet on Canadian Insider.

The way I see it Tartisan bought 365,000 shares for their last puchse before close on Friday November 5. If they buy more tomorrow ,I will be convinced something is in the works.

Looks like they are buying like crazy now. Earlier they would not run the price up like this. More patient with the bids. There must be something coming our way to justify this recent run.

You have to wonder who does the buying on behalf of Tartisan in the office and do they tell them to just keep nibbling away as much as they can without driving the share price up too fast. Found it interesting Reeder bought 2,000 shares the other day, wonder why such as small amount. Someone please enlighten me.

If you look back in the insider reports he does that often with small buys.

Thanks , Yes I should have looked further back, see his pattern now. This gets more interesting everyday. I had written this off in my mind years ago but never sold. Just this spring I thought I would be selling for tax loss right about now. Wrong again.

Seems that they have a very strong interest in PER. Is it a new property that has been aquired or an existing property. PER has some very interesting mineral resources. Tartisan seems to be buying at all price levels and whatever comes available. There has to be an announcment coming soon!
