Tartisan keeps munching away at PER shares relentlessly on an almost daily basis. Like asking for more cowbell, Tartisan wants more PER shares.

Keeping on eye on this, as a producer PER should also gain if metals prices go up, they have some nice Peru properties for ore supply.
