This development consists of the primary recovery of heavy oil utilizing conventional perforated wells (vertical and horizontal) and the intentional production of sand with the oil; a process referred to as cold heavy oil production with sand (CHOPS). The Company has interests in approximately 4,368 gross (4,072 net) hectares arising under several joint operations with the wholly owned energy companies of the Cold Lake First Nations (CLFN). It also has a joint venture agreement with the wholly owned energy company of the Bigstone Cree Nation (BCN), covering four sections under which 512 gross (462 net) hectares in the Wabasca area of north-central Alberta.

A Real Company Making REAL Progress

A Real Company Making REAL ProgressPFC is an outfit that was able to Sign one of the Largest Farm In Deals of any Junior Around ~ $200 Million and it Trades less Market Cap wise than Most of the Garbage on the Venture Exchange...Just doesn't make sense.

PFC had a Market Cap in the Hundereds of Millions not too long ago without a Strong J/V Partner.Now they have a Multi Billion Dollar Multi national( Best in the Biz) ready to Drill wells all over its Property and it Market Cap is Barely Distinguishable from the Junk Trading on the Exchange...??????????????????????????

$14M Mcap = $9M Cash = $6M effective Market Cap. ( and a Partner ready to Drill $200Million) 

I know of over a Hundered Companies that raise just 500K and yet have a $5M Market Cap.....

This is a BAZARO Exchange !


I own a LOT of PFC Shares....multiples more than the Liquidity of the Stock permits me to trade...So I am IN for the Intermediate Haul. But what I would like to see is STATOIL Make a few statements concerning the Operations and soon
