Nil Kelly Kimbley, President has been a Director of the Corporation since June 24, 2016, its President since July 21, 2016 and its CEO since May 1, 2018. Previously, Kelly was President of Kasten Energy Inc., a private oil company, which is a significant shareholder of the Corporation and the party from which the Corporation acquired its Cold Lake area interests. Kelly has been a senior officer of numerous public and private oil and gas companies since 1997 during which he has worked with numerous First Nation communities in the development of their oil and gas resources.
