RE:Deliberate Bankruptcy?
These types of things don't go undetected and are pursued by regulators. Anyone who tries to do as you have suggested opens the door to litigation on a business and personal front. Shareholders would aggessively go after assets that belong to the company. In my opinion the company is in slow burn mode to weigh out its options ebfore spending cash and having to go back to the market in a cash raise. Go through the list of assets, I don't see a realistic value that would link the current market cap. If you have been in the TSX-V long enough then you have seen many sub penny asset rich companies rebound. And you always wonder who bought at those bottom basement prices. A lot of people are out there like me holding large positions and I won't let any assets go or any shares go while the company is in hibernation mode.
