Those are far from strict standards when starting employment at a mine. What about a criminal check, physical, drug and alcohol check? Open your eyes bud. The place is a joke. Any other mine site would do those things to every single person going on site to work. With the lack of job security there and the amount of work that there is everywhere good luck. Still too much of the old management team there as far as I'm concerned. Plus they've dug themselves a deep enough hole. They're not coming out. They've sold off everything they can to stay afloat. They've lost vendors cause they couldn't pay them. I wouldn't trust my family's well being on this place again.
